Climate Migration Joy Circle
We led a Climate Migration Joy Circle to build community and joy through creating art in a multicultural setting.
We will soon release the activity, so it can be used by others in their work!
Intergenerational Learning
This was an intergenerational circle that was meant to build community and joy through creating art while getting people to talk about their relationships to climate and the environment.
Art and Storytelling
A local artist led participants in participatory and restorative research via creating art and storytelling. They created collages and buttons on their stories, and then they shared with the group.
Participatory Research and Education
We used the event to emphasize that the community is vital to advancing climate action and sustainability because the community has many ties and knowledge to the climate and environment
