Virtual Climate Migration Joy Teen Circle
We led a Climate Migration Teen Circle to build community, knowledge, and joy through storytelling through a virtual setting.
We will soon release the activity, so it can be used by others in their work!

Equitable Access
We recognized how the community and teens may have barriers of time and transportation for attending our events, so we offered a virtual activity.

Teen Activity
We recognize that the youth have important knowledge and perspectives on climate change because they are growing up with many of its impacts. We wanted to make sure that teens also had the opportunity to share their perspectives and priorities about climate change.

Community and Environmental Connections
In urban and suburban areas, underserved groups and youth often face more barriers to interacting with nature. Nonetheless, everyone has connections to nature, and all communities have ancestral and cultural ties to nature. We wanted to highlight and celebrate the connections teens have with their families, communities, and environments
